Comments on Contractor: John worked with us to bring what we wanted done on budget. He made a proposal and gave us a drawing of his ideas. We negotiated the materials to stay in budget. He did a good job that looks like what we agreed upon and at the price we agreed upon. Time was not critical but he said what he would to and did it when he said he would. He worked with us to decide on the scope of the project and the materials to be used so that the job would meet our budget. My wife is happy. That is key.
