Benefits of Joining Our Network – or, What’s In It for You?
Leads You Want: Advertising is a risky business. You may get business from it, and you may not. We target your specific audience – homeowners, rental property owners, property managers, and business owners via newspaper advertising, direct mail, brochures, real estate agents, our website, and various industry-related networking programs.
With a strong marketing and advertising background, we know how to generate the leads you need.
You choose the scope/size of the projects you’re interested in – you are under no obligation to take work you can’t handle. We save you time and money by handling the marketing side of the business for you, providing solid leads from the best customers – the ones who are genuinely interested in what you have to offer.
Build Your Client Base: If your company is committed to providing a high standard of service to your customers, we will send referrals that build your client base. We believe in providing excellent customer service, and will assist you with follow-up procedures to ensure repeat business. Probably the most important benefit to the contractor is the word of mouth recommendations/referrals that will come from the clients we refer to you and the repeat business from our satisfied homeowner client, which is new found (commission free) business.
We Only Refer Quality Professionals: Our contractors must pass a rigorous screening process and demonstrate an ongoing commitment to customer satisfaction. You will be in the company of some of the finest craftsmen in their fields, enhancing your own excellent reputation.
We connect our network contractors with other network contractors: A major benefit of joining our network of professionals is that we connect fellow professionals which results in further business growth. And, this benefit comes at no cost/fee to our network contractors.
Bonus compensation for network contractors: Our network contractors operate as a team and support each other by referring back to The Homeowner’s Helper (THH) those jobs that they are not able to handle. And, THH provides a financial compensation for those referrals after another network contractor completes a referred job!
Our Commission: The Homeowner’s Helper does not receive payment until the contractor has been paid by the customer – you pay NO LEAD FEES! We have a vested interest in finding you qualified leads and landing the jobs. And, our commission fee structure is very reasonable which is one of the reasons why to date, we have never had a contractor decline an invitation to our network. Bottom line — we offer a great ROI (return on investment) for our network contractors. Commissions are pre-negotiated with the owner/president of the company.
